The 2026 Raleigh Relays will take place from March 26–28 at the Paul Derr Track & Field Facility in Raleigh, North Carolina, bringing together top collegiate athletes for one of the premier early-season meets on the NCAA outdoor calendar.

Live streaming coverage will be provided on SEC Network+, with Thursday’s broadcast beginning at 4:00 PM (US Eastern Time). Friday’s live action will begin at 7:00 PM ET, while Saturday’s session gets underway at 3:00 PM ET, giving fans a full afternoon of competition to follow from start to finish.
Hosted by NC State University, the three-day competition traditionally marks the true start of the U.S. outdoor season, with a strong emphasis on distance events. The meet opens on Thursday with sections of the 5000m and 10,000m, drawing deep fields of athletes targeting early qualifying marks and season openers under race conditions.
A full program of track and field events will follow across Friday and Saturday, including sprints, middle-distance races, relays, hurdles, and a complete slate of field events. With multiple sections in most events, Raleigh Relays provides opportunities for both elite performers and developing athletes to compete at a high level.
